Filling Pieces offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition. We strive to make the return process as seamless as our design aesthetic, ensuring a smooth experience for our global community.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original branded box and shipping container, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
